1) Data We Collect and Process

AIPT may process the following categories of data:

• Profile and fitness inputs: name, age, sex, height, weight, goals.
• Workout data: generated plans, completed sessions, exercise history, per-set logs.
• Progress data: body measurements, personal records, wellness logs (water/meal entries), InBody entries.
• App settings: language, theme, onboarding/tutorial flags, reminders configuration.
• Account data (only if you sign in): email address and a unique account identifier provided by Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or email/password authentication, used to sync and restore your data.
• Health Connect / Apple Health data (only if you connect it): total calories burned read for display, plus optionally writing your completed workout session back to the health platform. See section 5a.
• Push notification token: a device messaging token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) used to send you update and reminder notifications.
• Advertising-related data through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), which may use device identifiers (including Advertising ID) subject to Google's policies.

2) How We Use Data

• Provide workout planning, calculators, and exercise guidance.
• Track progress and show history/statistics.
• Deliver local reminders and notifications you configure.
• Improve app stability and user experience.
• Show ads (if applicable) via AdMob.

3) Data Storage and Security

Most app data is stored locally on your device (for example, local preferences and local app storage). If you sign in, your plans, workouts, and progress are also stored in our cloud backend (Supabase) and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections, protected by row-level security so that each account can only access its own data. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

4) Third-Party Services

AIPT uses third-party services, including:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
• Google Play In-App Review APIs
• Google Sign-In (authentication)
• Sign in with Apple (authentication, iOS)
• Supabase (cloud database, authentication, and sync)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications)
• Health Connect (Android) / Apple Health (iOS), if you connect them
• Platform services for notifications, sharing, and URL launching

These providers may process data under their own privacy policies and terms.

5a) Health Connect & Apple Health

AIPT can integrate with Health Connect (Android) and Apple Health (iOS) only after you explicitly connect and grant permission. When connected, AIPT may:

• Read total calories burned to show your daily energy expenditure in the Progress tab.
• Write workout sessions (strength training type and energy burned) back to the health platform when you finish a workout, so your training is reflected in your health record.

Health data is used only for in-app display and to write your own workouts back to your health platform. It is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising. You can revoke access at any time in Health Connect / Apple Health settings, after which AIPT stops reading and writing that data.

5) Permissions We Request

On Android, AIPT may request permissions such as:

• Internet / network access (app features and ads)
• Post notifications (workout/reminder notifications)
• Vibration (timer and feedback)
• Boot/exact alarm permissions (scheduled reminders)
• Advertising ID permission (AdMob ad delivery)
• Health Connect permissions (read total calories burned, write exercise) — only when you connect Health Connect; see section 5a

6) Data Retention

Data is retained until you delete it in-app or uninstall the app. Some temporary/cache files may also be stored locally and can be cleared by uninstalling the app.

7) Data Deletion

AIPT supports in-app deletion for supported records (for example, workout sessions and certain progress logs). If you uninstall the app, locally stored app data is removed by the operating system. If you signed in and want your cloud account and synced data deleted, contact us at the email below and we will delete the account and its associated data. Health Connect / Apple Health access can be revoked at any time from your device's health settings.

8) Children

AIPT is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child provided personal data, please contact us.

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
